Whilst using this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. When you purchase from Our Muslim Homeschool you enter into a contract with us.
Our Muslim Homeschool reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice to you.
Pricing and Promotions
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether or not you wish to cancel your order; or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Our Muslim Homeschool takes no responsibility for, and will not be held liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
All prices on Our Muslim Homeschool website are in UK Pounds Sterling.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
Placing an Order
By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Our Muslim Homeschool to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Our Muslim Homeschool for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Your paypal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery charges.
Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, whilst the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system that is used by you.
